Почитайте здесь www.russia.uz/russian/consul/state Если Вы получили высшее образование после 1 июля 2002г.(дата выдачи диплома), то можете сразу подать документы на гражданство у себя на родине через консульство РФ. Это очень простой вариант. Документов немного.
